TidyTuesday Week 20: Volcano

The graph below shows activities of volcanos by type of activity and the proportion that they occur in different regions around the world. The data for this week’s tidytuesday came from the Smithsonian. It clearly shows that Ash, Explosions and VEI (Explositivity Index) are the most common activities and that Indonesia as well as the region of Japan, Taiwan and the Marianas are heavily affected by volcano activity.
